Registration begins in Dec and training for program starts in Jan. The Kettlebell Fat Loss & Strength Program runs from Feb-May every year.
Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness offers a 16 week Kettlebell Fat Loss and Strength Program that will help you reach your fitness goals through a kettlebell training program. Lose body fat by working out 3 hours per week when you follow the program's guidelines. The Kettlebell classes will be held at the same time our current classes take place. Kettlebell Classes are on Mon 6:30pm, Wed 6:30pm, and Friday 5:30pm.

Why train with kettlebells?
Because they deliver extreme all-round fitness and no single other tool does it better. Here is a short list of equipment the Russian kettlebell replaces: barbells, dumbbells, belts for weighted pull-ups and dips, thick bars, lever bars, medicine balls, grip devices, and cardio equipment.
When the fat loss program ends you can continue training and learning with us at the studio or you can purchase your own kettlebell and do your workouts at home.
Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness knows this kettlebell fat loss and strength program works. This will be our 6th year that we will kick off the New Year with a plan that anyone can follow to reach their weight loss goals.
We encourage current members, as well as anyone else interested in following a proven safe and effective program targeting weight loss, increasing lean muscle mass, and gaining strength through proper nutrition combined with kettlebell training.
