Welcome to Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness! The Inland Empire's premier location for Aerobic and Cardio Kickboxing workouts.

Our new 3800 sq. ft. facility is at 414 Tennessee St. Suite I. Take Redlands Blvd west, turn left on Tennessee St. For a map click here.

We provide  flexible schedules, private instruction and classes for everyone! Classes are available 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.

About our Cardio Kickboxing Classes

All cardio kickboxing classes begin with warm-up then basic punching and kicking combinations performed to music. Stand-up punching bags are also used for combination punches and kicking. Basic punches include jabbing, hooks and uppercuts. Kicking includes roundhouse, straight forward kick, side kicks and back kicks. Each class closes with a warm-down and stretching.  Still not sure? Bottled water, wrist wraps, gloves and many other items are all available at the center. Gloves are available for use in the class at no charge, dependent upon availability. Bottled water is available for $1.00.
