This class will be scheduled <u><b>Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-5:00pm</b></u>. Tom and Ian will get you to challenge yourself with this intense unstructured well developed mixture of plyometrics, conditioning, resistance, and cardiovascular strengthener.</font></p> <p class="plain"><font class="heading2">Tom Holcombe will be leading this class with the help of Ian Bjerke to give you an amazing workout. Here's just a quick run down of what you can expect from their class. Focus Mitts, Bear Crawls, Vertical Leaps, Sprints, Jumping rope, Bags alternating between power and explosive combinations, and so much more. Like we stated above this class is "unstructured" meaning you'll get a variety of exercises that will take you out of your "comfort zone". Isn't it time to shake it up a bit?
