Class Intensity Levels:
Red- High Intensity
Green- Medium Intensity
White- Strength Based/ May include Cardio Intense Exercises
Beginners suggested classes- Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm AKB, Monday & Wednesday 7:30pm AKB, and Friday 4:30pm Bags and 5:00pm ABsolute Cardio
Instructors do their best to provide modifications for most exercises during class, but if further assistance is needed, please feel free to ask the instructor after class.

To join a Beginner TRX Class all members must take a TRX Quick View that are offered on Saturday mornings betweeen 10:10-10:30am.
