Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness- Set Schedule
Class Intensity Levels:
Red- High Intensity
Green- Medium Intensity
White- Strength Based/ May include Cardio Intense Exercises
Beginners suggested classes- Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm AKB.
Instructors do their best to provide modifications for most exercises during class, but if further assistance is needed, please feel free to ask the instructor after class.
**A TRX Basics needs to be taken before taking any of the classes that incorporates the TRX
Classes that incorporate TRX:
Monday 4:30pm Sculpt
Tuesday 6:30pm Power, Strength, & Rope Burn
Wednesday 4:30pm 50/50
Thursday 6:30pm Sculpt
