In keeping with our commitment to provide safe, quality training on all equipment at UKB while recognizing that sometimes, an hour is difficult to carve out of a busy Saturday, we are now offering TRX Quick View.  This is a 20 minute class to teach you the essentials for safely utilizing the TRX in a beginning class, or infused in one of our other classes.  You will learn the basic cues for:
1. N = Name of exercise
2. A = Adjustment of TRX system
3. P = Position of body for exercise
4. S = Starting position
5. M = Movement pattern
6. R = Return to starting position.  

You will also receive some progression and regression guidance to continue your training.  In order to participate in a TRX class, or one that utilizes TRX, you must first take this TRX Quick View.  Don’t miss the opportunity to utilize this amazing apparatus.  Come and train with us!
