Absolute Cardio

The purpose of this class is to challenge you in order to increase your overall strength and conditioning. This class will consist of strength training in the first portion where a variety of tools will be utilized with the goal of developing more lean muscle. The second portion will be HIIT or cardio focused in order to decrease body fat percentage. We want to see you get results no matter where your starting point is!
